Pandora smiled at Thunder. She finally had a mate, someone who loved her for being her. He didn't judge her for what everyone else thought she was. They thought she was crazy, but he thought they were crazy for thinking she was.
Just because her mom had been just a little bit weird in the head didn't mean she was. She didn't have fits like her mother, also named Pandora, did. She didn't have the weird visions her mother claimed she had. And she most certainly did not want to kill herself by throwing herself off a cliff.
Her mother claimed she was haunted by the things she saw in her visions. She said she saw wars between the wolf packs, violent bloody wars, and she saw humans hunting the wolves and driving them off of their lands. Eventually, she became so haunted that she killed herself just to escape them.
